This course has the format of a “boot-camp” of an intensive two day-long new venture leadership program. Overall, the idea is that participants experience all ins and outs of starting a company, finally pitching their ideas to entrepreneurs, angel investors, and venture capitalists. Participants will take the journey of how to turn ideas into new ventures, how to enter markets and at the same time take user-centric approach to design their business model. The intense use of case studies will allow an in-depth understanding of how successful companies developed their ideas, analyzed customers’ problems and responded to this, define a strategic value proposition and were able to battle competitors, and last, asses the right resources.
